This article describes the psychological aspects of the phenomenon of variety. Its meaning is defined for management practice of human potential. On the basis of foreign researches the analysis of variety regulation perspectives in the field of individuality and culture is carried out. The possibility of complex management strategy of human resources variety is considered.
