The article presents the results of a study on the development of conceptual and logical models of the information system «Standards Library». The conceptual model of the information system «Standards Library» is a multi-level structure of management and exchange of information contained in the standards. The management level includes three basic elements: information, communication, modernization. The laws of the flow of processes and information management in the conceptual model are subject to the basic laws of standardization: the law of composition, the law of ordering, the law of analysis and synthesis and the law of synergy. To build a logical model of an information system based on the analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of various database models, a semantic database model is selected.
