In the article are described the tasks for development of simulation model of production technological process in simulation systems ARIS, ARENA, BPsim. The model are included 420 technological operations, 17 types of mechanisms and 19 profession types. On the base of developed model was gained experiment results of simulation systems performances. On the basis of experiment results are determined as a facts of simulation systems requirements to environment for work with large models. The effectiveness of simulations systems was determined in dependency of processor performance. Operation memory requirements was determined. Experiment results are haven practical value for simulation systems selection (for simulation model development and effective decision support in simulation system).
