FIELD: working of metal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pressure treatment of metals and can be used for profiling pipes by knurling. The apparatus is comprised of levers with rolls and return springs and supporting elements, installed in a body. The supporting elements are installed before and after the rolls in the direction of movement of the pipe. The supporting elements installed after the rolls are therein placed on rotary links with the return springs. The supporting elements installed before the rolls are placed on the levers of a parallelogram mechanism. Said mechanism is equipped with an extension spring and is connected by means of two links with two-arm levers provided with stops at the opposite end, whereon the rolls abut during profiling. EFFECT: possibility of profiling pipes, including thin-walled pipes, on an existing draw bench without reequipment thereof, producing non-profiled ends of the pipe, is provided. 1 cl, 4 dwg.
