The article presents the authors’ experiencein developing mutual international educational programsin the Ural Federal University. In addition, theoretical, pragmatic, and communicative aspects of higher education internationalization come to the scrutiny. The analysis includes the specifics of developing the mutual educational programs based at the University of Federal Level to integrate international mobility and net education. The proposed conclusions provide more clear perception of mutual international educational programs, allowing understanding the qualitative changes of their mission.
