SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the production of said gravel based on the thermal power station acid soot, quicklime and additives. It comprises making of the binder based of quick lime. The components are proportioned, wetted and mixed. Thereafter, pelletising occurs and pellets are hardened. Then, quick lime is slaked by water to the consistency of "cake flow" in Suttard terms of 20-22 cm. Then, obtained suspension is subjected to hydromechanical activation by rotor-type activator at rpm of 1000 min-1 and wetting of the mix of soot and additives with activated suspension. This method comprises the feed of mineral crumb with particle size of 1-3 mm at pelletising. It includes the feed of green pellets, downstream of plate-type pelletiser, into the compactor composed of the revolving drum with corrugated inner surface. Here, the pellets are powdered with, first, plasticiser and, then, cement and dried.
EFFECT: accelerated hardening, higher hardness.
