The article deals with the role of information resources in the formation of innovationactive business of a corporation, in creation of synergetic effects causing convergence of corporate businesses and increasing their efficiency. The structure of an innovational paradigm is provided with the consideration of the information space outpacing development. The place of an information system in the increase of the informational and analytical level of a corporation is specified.
