FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical production of nitride materials and can be used in making ceramic, metal-ceramic and composite materials. To obtain a nitride material, a powdered material is obtained from sodium hexafluorotitanate, aluminium trifluoride and aluminium metal in molar ratio of 1:4:8.5 with gaseous nitrogen at temperature of 1100–1200 °C and rarefaction with subsequent condensation of final nitride material. Aluminium trifluoride and residual sodium tetrafluoroaluminate are removed by distillation. EFFECT: obtaining nano-sized powdered nitride material.
