The paper is devoted to the problem of bringing to light the theoretical foundations for rethinking the contemporary ethics. Today the contemporary ethics is divided into the immanent and transcendent forms, the anthropological and sociological problematic on the one part, and philosophical ethical problematic itself on the other part. The author demonstrates the foundations of this separation are based on E. Durkheim’s and M. Foucault’s methodology and also presents the logic of overcoming the separation based on decentralized ethics. In such approach, the problematization of subjectivity becomes the main issue of ethics.
