FIELD: machine building. SUBSTANCE: revolving cutter comprises body, rod made of tool material arranged in case groove, clamp to fix rod in case groove and screw to move rod along axis. Rod and slot of housing are made in cross section in form of semicircle, and their longitudinal axis is located at angle of 0–15° to the main plane and at angle of 70–85° to cutting plane in projection on main plane. At the same time the rod clamp is made in the form of a plate fixed on the body with possibility of contact with the rod along the flat surface. Screw of movement of the rod along the axis is located in the threaded hole of the body, cut along one of its sides, and is made with an internal hexagon socket for a key. EFFECT: high accuracy of machining on CNC machines and reduced probability of occurrence of vibration of the process system.
